Administrator in Barnard Castle

Role Responsibilities

• Complete the weekly work order print for approx 320 work orders dependent on requirement.
• Prepare work orders for site delivery and share with relevant departments.
• On completion, work order archiving in the GSK SAP system needs to be actioned approximately 300 per week.
• Rotation of work order archive cupboards and update tracker – approximately 1000 work orders per month.
• Locate ECC\’s (Engineering change controls) from archive for areas.
• Archiving PELs (Production Engineering Log).
• Run daily work order report and filter out to relevant areas depending on the requirement.
• Update yearly work order report.
• TECHO all completed work orders in the system to close out following the process.
• Retrieve work orders for audit requests and area requests.
• Monitor CMX inbox (Calibration Report).

• Experience in administration.
• Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
