We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Associate Finance Business Partner to join our Corporate Central Functions Finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to further develop their business partnering career. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Procurement, Fleet and Finance, you will provide insightful financial analysis, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in maximising rebate and procurement savings opportunities across the Group.

What You’ll Be DoingBusiness Partnering & Commercial Support
- Partner closely with Procurement and Finance teams to maximise volume-based discounts (VBDs) and rebate opportunities across the Group.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide financial insight to support decision-making.
- Attend stakeholder meetings and help drive key business actions and outcomes.
- Collaborate across Corporate Centre functions to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver value.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare detailed variance analysis, highlighting key risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
- Develop and maintain financial models, reporting templates and management presentations.
- Support annual budgets, monthly forecasts and long-range planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, ensuring robust challenge and analysis of assumptions.
Reporting & Month-End Activities
- Support the month-end close process through review and oversight of management accounting activities.
- Prepare high-quality reporting packs, financial commentary and management presentations.
- Ensure financial results are delivered accurately and on time.
- Post journals where required and maintain a detailed understanding of assigned cost centres.
Procurement Rebates Management
- Maintain rebate trackers and databases, monitoring delivery against agreed timelines.
- Work closely with Category Leads to identify rebate risks and opportunities.
- Reconcile and allocate rebate benefits while ensuring process milestones are achieved.
Process Improvement & Leadership
- Drive continuous improvement, standardisation and automation of financial processes.
- Work closely with the management accounting team in India, reviewing outputs and providing coaching where required.
- Support offshore process development initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls.
- Contribute positively to team culture through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
About YouEssential Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience working with large and complex data sets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and solutions‑focused.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience using SAP and/or TM1.
- Previous experience in a commercial finance or business partnering environment.
- Exposure to procurement, rebates, fleet or corporate service functions.
