We're looking for an Asset Collection Supervisor who will lead and support a team of asset surveyors, ensuring high-quality data collection, compliance, and service delivery across projects. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll oversee asset collection projects, manage stakeholders, and drive performance across both internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of internal and external asset surveyor teams, ensuring delivery against project timelines.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to surveyors, including toolbox talks and health & safety compliance.
- Monitor asset data quality through regular checks, audits (on-site and off-site), and daily reporting.
- Manage third-party survey companies and contractors, ensuring performance and contractual obligations are met.
- Oversee project scopes and proposals, supporting delivery and maintaining strong stakeholder communication throughout.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in asset collection and managing teams within a project-based environment.
- Technical (Electrical/Mechanical) understanding of asset management, maintenance operations and critical environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Experience supervising engineers or survey teams, including performance management and development planning.
- Familiarity with M365 & MiAsset software (or similar systems), with the ability to learn, use and train others.
