Responsibilities
- Lead the day‑to‑day management of the asset collection team, ensuring delivery against project timelines and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and asset management expertise to operational teams and key stakeholders.
- Oversee project proposals, scopes, delivery and reporting, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Manage third‑party survey companies and surveyors, ensuring performance, compliance and quality of output.
- Monitor and improve data quality, including audit processes, and ensure effective use of systems such as Maximo and MiAssets.
- Maintain and develop the project pipeline, supporting planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
- Promote a strong health and safety culture within the team.
