Location: UK Wide | Shift: Monday - Friday | Full-time (with flexibility to travel and stay away as required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day‑to‑day management of the asset collection team, ensuring delivery against project timelines and quality standards
  • Provide technical support and asset management expertise to operational teams and key stakeholders
  • Oversee project proposals, scopes, delivery and reporting, ensuring all contractual obligations are met
  • Manage third‑party survey companies and surveyors, ensuring performance, compliance and quality of output
  • Monitor and improve data quality, including audit processes, and ensure effective use of systems such as Maximo and MiAssets
  • Maintain and develop the project pipeline, supporting planning, scheduling and resource allocation
  • Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements
  • Support asset lifecycle management and integration into CAFM systems, enabling effective long‑term maintenance strategies

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in asset collection and management within a projects‑based environment
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills, with experience managing teams and multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work at pace
  • Experience with CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo) and data/reporting tools such as Power BI
  • Solid understanding of compliance, asset management principles and maintenance operations
  • Highly organised, proactive and solution‑focused, with a positive and flexible approach
