Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive and approachable.
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly and issue/manage ID badges.
- Operate phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV, alarm systems and access control (doors and car park).
- Monitor premises and respond to suspicious activity and potential criminal behaviour.
