We're looking for an Asbestos Administrator for Tersus Consultancy who are a part of Mitie. The role involves arranging site appointments, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring client reports are delivered accurately and on time.
Role Responsibilities:
- Schedule site appointments with site managers, client contacts or residents via phone, email, portals and other client‑specific processes.
- Proactively review upcoming programmes and coordinate site visits to meet agreed timelines.
- Liaise with surveyors, laboratories and internal teams to ensure works are completed within required timeframes.
- Maintain accurate data and records using spreadsheets, online portals and in‑house systems.
- Monitor client KPIs, manage programmes and promptly respond to or escape client queries as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word and database systems.
- Excellent organisational, administration and communication skills, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.
- A proactive, reliable approach with strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset.
