Pay Rate: £8.00 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 39 hours per week

Are you looking to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career? Mitie Property Services is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Painter & Decorator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a recognised Painting & Decorating qualification. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, learning all aspects of the trade across a variety of projects throughout the region.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice Painter & Decorator, you'll receive full training and support whilst developing practical skills, including:

• Internal and external painting and decorating works.
• Preparing surfaces, including sanding, filling and minor repair works.
• Learning how to use painting and decorating tools, materials and equipment safely and effectively.
• Assisting with the erection and use of access equipment following appropriate training.
• Setting up access plant, protective coverings and temporary screening where required.
• Maintaining decorating materials and equipment to ensure efficient working practices.
• Delivering high-quality workmanship while meeting customer expectations.
• Working safely and following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
