Are you an experienced Ansul Service Engineer looking to join a recognised market leader in kitchen fire suppression systems? Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of life-critical kitchen fire suppression systems for clients across the UK, including hotels, restaurants, education facilities, healthcare environments, and major food outlets. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Ansul Service Engineer, ideally based in London or Wales, to support our expanding service and maintenance operations.
This is a field-based service role focused on the inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of Ansul systems across customer sites in London, Wales, and surrounding regions. The position will involve regular travel and occasional overnight stays.
Responsibilities- Service, Maintenance & Commissioning: Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of Ansul R102 and Piranha fire suppression systems in line with manufacturer guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Modification & Remedial Works: Completing system modifications, repairs, and remedial actions to ensure systems operate safely, effectively, and compliantly.
- System Performance & Safety: Maintaining a strong focus on system reliability, safety, and performance across all customer sites.
- Compliance & Best Practice: Ensuring all work complies with current British Standards, while maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Customer Service: Delivering a professional, customer-focused service, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience servicing, maintaining, and commissioning Ansul R102 and Piranha systems.
- Customer-Focused Approach: High energy and drive with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Organised & Practical Mindset: A structured, methodical approach to work with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Consistently high standards of workmanship and record-keeping.
- Independent & Team-Oriented: Comfortable working alone in the field while collaborating effectively with the wider service team.
- Calm Under Pressure: Able to remain composed and professional in demanding or time-critical situations.
- Full UK Driving Licence: A clean and valid UK driving licence is essential.
