Marlowe Kitchen Fire Suppression is a trusted and market-leading provider of commercial kitchen fire suppression systems across the UK. We design, install, and maintain life‑critical systems for a wide range of environments, including hotels, restaurants, education settings, healthcare facilities, and fast‑food chains. Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit experienced Ansul Installation Engineers to strengthen our installation team. This is a field‑based role offering varied projects, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a highly respected brand in the fire safety sector.
Responsibilities
- Installation & Commissioning: Carrying out professional installation and commissioning of Ansul R102 and Piranha systems, ensuring all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and relevant industry regulations.
- Project Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and fellow technicians to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
- Client Interaction & Support: Providing clear technical advice and a professional on‑site presence, helping clients understand system functionality and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Testing & Verification: Conducting thorough system testing, inspections, and final validations to confirm full operational readiness and compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Completing installation paperwork, commissioning records, and reports accurately and promptly.
This role involves regular travel to customer sites, making it ideal for engineers located around the Outer London / M25 corridor.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Hands‑on experience installing Ansul R102 and Piranha systems is essential.
- Strong Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of relevant British Standards, fire safety regulations, and best‑practice installation methods.
- Problem‑Solving Ability: Confident fault‑finding and troubleshooting skills, with a practical and solutions‑focused approach.
- Flexible & Self‑Motivated: Comfortable working independently on site while also contributing positively as part of a wider team.
