We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support the delivery of facilities management services at FDIS, Old Killead Road, Aldergrove, County Antrim, Northern Ireland, BT29 4EL. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring service requests, compliance records, and administrative processes are managed efficiently and professionally.e
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, logging customer requests accurately.
- Raise reactive work orders, purchase orders and close jobs on the system.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and month-end documentation.
- Maintain asset registers, uniform/equipment inventories, and filing systems.
- Support site managers and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) during absences.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings, take minutes, and arrange events.
What we are looking for:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Personable and collaborative, with a customer-focused approach.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to obtain security clearance
Additional Information
- MOD Security Clearance and a Standard DBS check are required.
- To meet national security vetting requirements, you will normally need to have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years to obtain Security Clearance.
- Proof of right to work in the UK is essential.
