We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Contract: Permanent | Type of Employment: Part Time | Hours: 25 hours per week | Rate of pay: £13.45 per hour | Location: Hull Community Diagnostic Centre, Albion Street, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, England, HU1 3TD

Role Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
  • Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
  • Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
  • Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in administration or customer service.
  • Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
