Main duties:

1. To deliver industry-leading customer service
2. To deter violence and public order offences
3. To conduct patrols of the store
4. Utilising CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
5. Liaise with the store management teams
6. Liaise with the Police and crime partnerships where required to foster a great working relationship to support the reduction of crime in store
7. To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
