Head of Governance and Assurance Position Overview: As the Head of Governance and Assurance, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effective implementation and adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and procedures related to the delivery of all service provisions across the account. This includes risk management, compliance, quality assurance, and human resources. The Head of Governance and Assurance will be an ambassador and role model for quality within the account management team and will be responsible for the design, strategy and delivery of the quality management systems as well as being a culture architect driving continuous improvement, right first time, collaboration and pride in what we do. Key Responsibilities: Governance Framework:
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust governance framework.
- Ensure the framework is fit-for-purpose and provides clear accountability and oversight.
- Periodically review and update the framework to ensure its effectiveness and relevance.
- Work with all of account team to identify, assess, and effectively manage risks.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness of risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement compliance programs and procedures.
- Monitor and track compliance with all relevant requirements.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures.
