Location: Heathrow Airport, Building 1156, Newall Road, Hounslow, Greater London, England, TW6 2RZ
Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients to deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning; include recruitment and development of staff and maintain excellent service standards.
- Ensure staff understand and work to task schedules; follow correct Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials; order stocks as necessary.
- Address issues efficiently and professionally; refer to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule on own initiative.
