We're seeking a Part Qualified or Junior Finance Business Partner to support our growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role manages a portfolio of contracts worth around £30m in revenue, providing commercial financial support to contract managers and operational teams. Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports using systems like SAP, Coupa, and CAFMs.
  • Collaborate with contract managers and operational teams to ensure accurate, timely financial data.
  • Support budget management, including rolling forecasts, quarterly updates, and annual budgets.
  • Identify opportunities and risks early, helping improve forecasts and drive efficiency initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, advising on financial risks and influencing decision‑making with insightful reporting.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience as a Junior or part qualified Finance Business Partner in a similar role or environment.
  • Working towards (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).
  • Experience in complex financial environments, with knowledge of SAP and CAFMs preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work under pressure, identify opportunities, and provide innovative solutions.
  • A proactive team player with the initiative to work independently and influence business performance.
