Main Duties
- Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable.
- Welcome clients and visitors warmly, issuing and managing ID badges.
- Operate communication and security systems, including phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and access control (doors and car park).
- Monitor and respond to suspicious activity and potential criminal behaviour.
- Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive.
- Record, report and, where appropriate, initiate escalation to the Account Manager.
