We are looking for a dynamic People Change Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering best‑in‑class transformation and change initiatives across the business. Working closely with the Senior Transformation & Change Partner, you’ll lead large‑scale organisational change projects with a key focus on restructuring and organisation charts, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our people strategies are implemented effectively and ethically. What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver complex change programmes such as reorganisations, acquisitions, disposals, and restructures.
- Develop robust project plans with clear milestones, reporting, and people metrics to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, People Business Partners, and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Apply proven change‑management methodologies to implement transformation effectively and ethically.
- Identify lessons learned and drive automation and process enhancements to deliver an industry‑leading service.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially sound advice and coach stakeholders to make informed decisions aligned with legislation.
- Contribute to wider People projects and promote best practices across the organisation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing large‑scale or complex people change programmes (e.g., restructures, mobilisations, demobilisations).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to identify risks and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Excellent knowledge of Employment Law and ability to apply it commercially.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Power BI, and Teams.
- Experience with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, or similar HR systems (preferred).
- CIPD or Employment Law qualification (desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and maintain a flexible, results‑driven approach.
