Key Responsibilities
- Identify and drive commercial value and margin improvement across critical utilities contracts.
- Provide expert guidance to Account Directors and Managers across the full contract lifecycle.
- Support bid activity and contract retention, ensuring robust commercial outcomes.
- Oversee key commercial processes including contract variations, notices and compliance tracking.
- Ensure price adjustments, indexation and contractual entitlements are applied accurately and on time.
- Maintain strong governance over contract documentation and data integrity.
- Support mobilisation and remobilisation of complex, high‑risk environments.
- Lead commercial input into contract reviews, performance improvement and repricing strategies.
- Work closely with operational teams to resolve disputes and manage claims effectively.
- Deliver clear, structured reporting on commercial risks and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and maximise value in a regulated environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients operating in critical infrastructure environments.
- Provide commercial training and support to operational and finance teams.
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and strategic improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial leadership within the FM sector, ideally in utilities or critical environments.
- Demonstrable track record of protecting margin and improving profitability in complex contracts.

- In‑depth knowledge of payment mechanisms, SLAs, KPIs and performance risk mitigation.
- Experience managing claims, disputes and contractual negotiations.
