This role requires staying calm under pressure, leading with professionalism, and delivering great service while protecting our stores, people, and products.
Responsibilities
- Operate in a fast‑paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive, and ready to step in when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, creating a welcoming store environment, and supporting both customers and colleagues.
- Help keep the store safe and secure: prevent loss, respond to incidents, identify risks, and support safe ways of working.
- Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body‑worn cameras, to support operations and incident management.
- Remain calm and professional during challenging situations and emergency procedures.
- Work closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations, and create a positive environment for everyone.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations, demonstrating flexibility in a fast‑moving retail setting.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Valid SIA licence desirable, but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, confident, and professional approach.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly.

Requirements
