Key Responsibilities
- Greeting staff and visitors, managing ID/access badges, ensuring site policies are followed
- Performing full patrols and check‑ins across the campus
- Responding to alarms and emergency incidents
- Managing CCTV and access control systems
- Communicating clearly with internal teams and external partners – both written and verbally
- Maintaining high standards of dress and professionalism
Qualifications
- Valid SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor)
- CCTV licence, or willingness to be trained
- Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts on a rotating 4 on/4 off pattern
- Confidence using IT systems, phones, email and client internal systems
- Corporate security experience or strong customer‑facing skills
- Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
- Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle highly desirable but not essential
