Location: WCS Engineering - Waterlooville

We are looking for a proactive and reliable storeman to support our operation.

As a Storeman, you will be responsible for managing warehouse stock, supporting order fulfilment, and delivering materials to customer sites and colleagues. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high health & safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage warehouse stock including receiving, storing, picking, and packing materials
  • Carry out order fulfilment accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver materials to customers, sites, and colleagues using company vehicles
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control processes
  • Report health & safety incidents, defects, and near misses
  • Ensure all company processes, systems, and quality standards are followed
  • Monitor material quality and report any defects or non‑conformances
  • Support sustainability initiatives including reuse and recycling of materials
  • Assist with verification of timesheets and associated documentation

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic IT literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • High attention to detail, particularly regarding safety and quality
  • Professional, reliable, and flexible approach to work
  • Ability to adapt and support business changes
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in a warehouse, stores, or logistics environment (desirable)
