Responsibilities:
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including painting, decorating, ceiling, tiling, carpentry and patch works.
- Operation of door handles/door closers, condition of signs and cleaning of air vents.
- Working at height, stepladders/ladders/MEWP.
- Escalate any issues with supervisor if support is needed to progress works and complete required paperwork/filing.
- Highly organised – willingness to work within a team structure – flexible approach to assisting where required.
- HSE conscious and ability to work to RAMS, ability to be permit acceptor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Service experience in a similar role.
- Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
