Mitie Security is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vetting Co-Ordinator to provide essential administrative support to our Vetting Team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in administration who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary: £24,637
Hours: 37.5 Mon - Fri 8:30am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the efficient operation of the Vetting Team.
- Manage data input and maintain accurate records in accordance with internal processes.
- Coordinate reference checks and manage communications with referees and applicants.
- Interpret and follow vetting process flows to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Draft professional written correspondence and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with other departments and external partners as required.
- Ensure all documentation and data handling adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administrative work.
- Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and database systems.
