Description
Deliver excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard, meeting all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
Main Duties
- Undertake all required training.
- Work within a team and independently when required.
- Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
- Maintain the designated area to an agreed cleanliness level, carrying out daily, weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
- Deliver service effectively and efficiently to a high standard.
- Maintain equipment in clean, safe condition.
- Report maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.
- Maintain security – lock doors, follow lost‑property procedures.
- Understand the cleaning area, work specification and time allocation.
- Know all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
- Set a good example in dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance.
- Follow all safeguarding policies and raise concerns as per Mitie policy.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ensure contractors and visitors comply with security, health and safety on premises.
- Build positive relationships with customers, seeking continuous improvement.
- Undertake any other related duties within capability, as business needs arise.
