Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the timing of the work and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work within a team and be able to work independently.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
- Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
