Responsibilities:
- Assist managing all administration processes related to the contract, including filing, updating databases and preparing reports.
- Take instruction from the Site Manager & Regional Account Manager; attend weekly/monthly meetings and conference calls.
- Support contract documentation and client meeting preparation.
- Perform general cleaning and tidying of all warehouse areas, washrooms and canteens.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety of all equipment.
- Respond quickly to client call‑outs and comply with all Health & Safety legislation and policies.
- Manage waste disposal in accordance with company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Administration experience essential.
- Knowledge of facilities management sectors desirable.
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Attention to detail, flexibility and strong time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and support team members.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
