Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed SLAs for cleaning services.
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area and schedule.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements.
- Complete all required training for the role.
- Work within a team and efficiently manage own schedule.
- Build positive relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
- Continuously seek ways to improve cleaning quality and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach and willingness to work under own initiative.
- Reliability, hard work, and a professional attitude.
- Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined.
