The predicted salary is between 26400 - 30400 £ per year.
Permanent position for a regional Relief officer covering Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Gateshead, Durham, Hartlepool, South Shields and Newcastle when required. Shifts will consist of some 23:00 finishes, so a driver is preferred as own travel to and from site is expected. The role is based in the regional relief team and requires the officer to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver industry leading customer service
- Deter violence and public order offences
- Conduct patrols of the store
- Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss
- Liaise with store management teams
- Collaborate with Police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction in store
- Wear body‑worn CCTV to increase colleague and customer safety
Qualifications
- Preferably holding a current SIA licence or SIA certificates (training for a licence can be provided)
- Full 5‑year checkable employment/education history
- Full driving licence and experience (driver preferred)
