We are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest quality.

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full Time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Location: Regional Recruitment-Fife, St Catherine Street, Cupar, Fife, Scotland, KY15 4HH

Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence

Role Responsibilities:

  • Carry out grass and hedge cutting, border maintenance, leaf clearing, spraying, and litter picking
  • Operate hand tools and powered horticultural machinery safely and effectively
  • Deliver winter services including gritting, snow clearance, and Christmas tree installation
  • Report site hazards and relevant information to management
  • Follow health and safety procedures and undertake additional training as required

  • Passion for working outdoors in agile and flexible environments
  • Good understanding of smartphone technology
  • Grounds maintenance experience is desirable but not essential
  • PAI & PA6 spraying license is a plus
  • Full UK driving license preferred for roles involving company vehicles
