We are looking for a Soft Services Supervisor to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and manage a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Contract: Permanent
Type: Part-Time
Hours: 20 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 05:30 – 09:30am (Monday – Friday)
Pay: £14.10 per hour
Location: Weston Road, Stafford, Staffordshire, ST18 0YY
Role Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mitie policies & procedures
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
- Handle issues professionally and elevate to line manager when needed
- Flexibility & willingness to complete any other reasonable management, client or customer requests
