We're looking for a Mobile PPM Cleaner who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Deep Cleaning Services

• Undertake periodic deep cleaning of carpeted areas using extraction, encapsulation, and other specialist carpet cleaning methods.
• Carry out machine scrubbing, rotary buffing, burnishing, stripping, sealing, and polishing of hard floor surfaces.
• Complete deep cleaning of washrooms, changing facilities, and shower areas.
• Perform intensive cleaning of kitchen and catering environments, including high-level dusting and degreasing.
• Deep clean soft furnishings including chairs, upholstery, partitions, and fabric surfaces.
• Complete internal cleaning tasks as specified within PPM schedules.

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)

• Deliver cleaning activities in accordance with scheduled PPM programmes.
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timeframes and service level agreements.
• Record and report completed works via company systems and documentation.
• Identify areas requiring additional attention and report recommendations to management.

Equipment & Vehicle Management

• Safely operate specialist cleaning machinery and equipment.
• Conduct routine checks of cleaning equipment and report defects promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the company vehicle.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals, consumables, and equipment are adequately stocked within the vehicle.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all Health & Safety policies, COSHH regulations, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Report accidents, incidents, near misses, hazards, and maintenance issues.
• Ensure safe use, storage, and transportation of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Customer Service

• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Establish positive working relationships with clients and site personnel.
• Respond courteously to client requests and elevate issues where necessary.
• Maintain high standards of conduct, appearance, and communication.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in commercial deep cleaning or specialist cleaning services.
• Experience operating floor cleaning machinery.
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH requirements.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to travel between sites and work varied shifts.

Desirable Criteria

• IOSH Working Safely qualification.
• Experience working within commercial or public sector environments.

This role is ideal for an experienced cleaning operative who enjoys working independently, travelling between sites, and delivering specialist deep cleaning services to a consistently high standard.
