Job Title: Contract Analyst (Part Time)
Location: Stafford β Stafford Police Station β ST16 2DQ
Hours: 20 hours per week, flexible as requested
Salary: Β£29,000 β Β£30,000 (DOE)
Role Responsibilities
- Produce accurate and timely reports on PPM activities using QFM CAFM system data
- Submit monthly activity and progress reports
- Perform additional duties as required to support contract operations
- Ensure Purchase Orders are aligned with what has been quoted and agreed by the client
- Data entry, updating and reporting
Qualifications
- Administrative experience
- Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Systems and Portals
- Experience with Microsoft Office platforms, Excel, etc.
- Confident communicator, team player
