Your role is to help protect our customer's property, people, and assets by delivering high-quality security services in line with the site's Assignment Instructions (AIs) and any updates.
You will play an important part in meeting - and ideally exceeding - the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements, contributing to a positive working environment and the long-term success of the contract.

- You May Be The Ideal Candidate If You
- Hold a valid Front Line SIA Licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision).
- Hold or are willing to obtain a CCTV (PSS) Licence.
- Have previous security, retail security, store detective, police, military, or investigative experience.
- Have a full UK driving licence and are willing to travel across the region.
- Are confident working independently while also being part of a wider team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Are organised and pay attention to detail.
