We are looking for a reliable and motivated technical cleaner to join our night shift team on a secure site. This role requires full security clearance; applicants must be able to meet the clearance requirements.

- Hours: 42 hours per week (Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 – 05:45)
- Location: NATS, Sopwith Way, Swanwick, Southampton, Hampshire, SO31 7AY
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out technical cleaning tasks during the Saturday to Wednesday, 20:45 – 05:45 shift to the required standard
- Use the Merlin system to log tasks and record completed work
- Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning areas and work schedules
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Work effectively as part of a team, while also using your own initiative
- Build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues
- Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous technical cleaning experience is desirable
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional in approach
- Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined
- Flexible and willing to undertake all required training
