Responsibilities
- Proactive and reactive scheduling, supporting the Cruise Manager with daily recs and day-before preparation for scheduled cruises.
- Manage delivery of jobs using scheduling software, ensuring correct resources are deployed to achieve first-time fixes for customers and meet SLAs.
- Check systems and equipment in line with procedures, taking prompt action to rectify any issues.
- Ensure correct staffing levels for day-to-day activity across ships as per client request and accurate requirements per ship.
- Inform staff of allocations and times on roster, double-check schedules to avoid duplications of duties.
- Adjust schedule and cover shortfalls from sickness or absence.
- Ensure Service Providers understand weekly requirements, including contract Mitie support, dates & timings, cruise locations and protocols for each shift.
- Maintain standards of dress, safety (PPE) and presentation per client expectations, reporting back any requirements to office manager.
- Provide management support outside core hours in business-critical situations.
