Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Solihull

Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-time

Role Responsibilities:

  • Upgrading and installing electrical systems and carrying out maintenance works
  • Completing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), inspections and fault finding
  • Undertaking basic plumbing and fabric tasks as and when required
  • Recording all activities, remedial works and inspection logs using PDA systems
  • Delivering excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication

Required Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Maintenance / Installation
  • Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
  • Must have completed the AM2 Competency Assessment

Desirable:

  • City and Guilds 2391-52 Test and Inspection qualification
  • ECS Gold Card Holder

Additional Information:

  • Role is working on behalf of the Government Home Office estate and requires completion of a security clearance check
  • Candidate must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years consecutive residency
  • Good IT skills are essential
