Responsibilities:
- Manage, organise and prioritise work schedules to ensure contracted deliverables and KPIs are consistently achieved, focusing on airfield pavements and buildings across our sites.
- With suitable qualification, training and experience, become the Asbestos Responsible Person.
- Review risk assessments and method statements for high-risk activities, planned response and minor new works, including administration and review of reports and certification upon completion of works.
- Update and respond to audits, and develop a good understanding of core applications like MAXIMO and Coupa, as well as the facilities management services provided to customers.
- Plan, direct and control activities with excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- NVQ level qualification in a relevant trade, Mechanical training can be provided.
- Must be willing to undertake periods of training (Asbestos, airfield pavements) that may be away from the site.
