Hours: 37.50 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Flexible to attend weekends as required)

Role Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
- Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
- Manage the use of electronic scheduling system
