We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support our growing team by managing client communications, scheduling work, and maintaining accurate survey records across client databases.
Role Responsibilities
- Contact clients directly to arrange appointments, book works, and confirm scheduling requirements.
- Coordinate daily and weekly schedules to ensure jobs are planned efficiently.
- Input survey data, job updates, and client information accurately onto internal and client databases.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries while providing a professional and helpful service.
- Liaise with surveyors and the laboratory to support smooth job delivery and communication.
- Maintain accurate administrative records, documentation, and reports.
- Support the wider team with general administration duties and workload coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Previous administration or scheduling experience preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Competent IT skills, including experience using databases and Microsoft Office systems.
