Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: Rolls Royce - Ripley - Derby Road
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with the Account Manager and operations team to deliver against the key objectives for the contract.
- Support the Account Manager to provide waste data analysis and detailed feedback to the client.
- Support scheduling, booking and confirming waste collections across multiple sites.
- Manage waste and recycling sub-contractors’ paperwork, including scanning, filing and uploading of all waste compliance documentation and ensuring these remain up to date.
- Maintain and continually review all processes and systems currently in place, and offer initiatives where possible.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Stakeholder and client management experience.
- Organised, proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Preferably waste management knowledge.
