Job Overview
To protect our customer's property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any updates. Meet or exceed KPIs and SLA targets to ensure contract retention. Undertake ongoing training for self-development.
Main Duties
- Operations
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and UK Law.
- Complete all site tasks as defined in the Assignment Instructions.
- Review and suggest improvements to the Assignment Instructions.
- Obtain and wear required licenses (Security Guarding, Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA License) at all times during duties.
- Follow all safety and legal obligations.
- Adhere to instructions and procedures systematically.
- Complete required competency training satisfactorily.
- Undertake additional training for continuous development.
- Utilize technology for work objectives and professional growth.
- Renew licenses 16 weeks before expiry.
- Report hazards or safety concerns immediately.
- Remain alert to threats and changes in the environment.
- React appropriately to threats, involving others if necessary.
- Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
- Document incidents accurately and promptly.
- Follow schedules and ensure check calls are completed.
- Report incidents to emergency services and Communication Centre.
