Responsibilities include protecting the customer’s property, people, and assets following Assignment Instructions (AI’s) and any changes. Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs and Service Level Agreements to aid contract retention. Fully complete all tasks and duties on site as defined in AI’s. Review and suggest amendments to AI’s to improve service level. Ensure compliance with all policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry legislation (front-line licence and CCTV PSS SIA Licence). Follow all instructions and procedures without unnecessarily challenging authority. Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations and with customers. Use technology to achieve key work objectives and develop knowledge through ongoing professional development. Look out for and report health and safety issues.
