About the Role

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Good level of concentration and coordination
  • Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
  • Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
  • Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputational damage
  • Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, escalating where appropriate and understanding of critical systems
  • Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors and visitors
  • Undertake patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures
  • Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches
  • Maintain clear and legible records and logbook; adhere to health & safety at all times
  • Incident management
  • Any other duties deemed necessary
