About the Role
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Good level of concentration and coordination
- Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities
- Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
- Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputational damage
- Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, escalating where appropriate and understanding of critical systems
- Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors and visitors
- Undertake patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures
- Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches
- Maintain clear and legible records and logbook; adhere to health & safety at all times
- Incident management
- Any other duties deemed necessary
