Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Contract Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality security services across multiple client sites in the Coventry area. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, customer service and operational management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned security contracts across Coventry and surrounding regions.
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of Security Officers, ensuring performance standards and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits and risk assessments to uphold service quality and safety.
  • Manage rosters, holiday scheduling and recruitment to ensure adequate site coverage.
  • Monitor budgets, costs and resource allocation for each contract.
  • Handle incident investigations, reporting and client feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Support mobilisation of new contracts and transition of existing services where required.
