We are looking for a professional and reliable Security Officer to help protect National Grid’s training facilities. It is a varied role requiring vigilance, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
Hours and Pay: £12.60 per hour – 42 hours per week, 4 on / 4 off (12‑hour day & night shifts)
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain site security in line with Assignment Instructions
- Patrol the site, monitor risks, and respond to incidents
- Report health & safety hazards and complete accurate records
- Liaise with emergency services and follow security procedures
- Deliver a high‑quality service that meets client standards
What You’ll Need:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor licence (worn on duty)
- Full UK driving licence
- Able to pass Enhanced DBS clearance
- IT literate – dealing with e‑mails
- Previous security experience (preferred)
