Part-Time Store Protection Officer – Waitrose, Salisbury
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour. Breaks unpaid. Positions available on Mondays and Tuesdays. Guaranteed number of hours per week, permanent location.
Job Overview
Retail Security Officer role to protect the Waitrose store, its people, and/or assets by providing security and excellent customer service through Mitie and Waitrose key values.
£13.50 per hour pay rate alongside numerous Mitie benefits including Save As You Earn, Share Incentive Plan, Cycle to Work, Life Assurance and Childcare Vouchers.
Full and extensive training will be provided including MAYBO and key focus on customer service. Company funded SIA licence renewal. Fully supported by the NOC and provided with technology such as body worn camera and incident reporting device.
Deliver results that meet and/or exceed the expectations of Mitie and Waitrose by using all technology provided and following ASCONE guidance.
