Are you a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Engineer looking for a unique opportunity within a secure and dynamic environment? We are hiring Multi-skilled engineers to join our teams supporting sites in Ruislip, London.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Escort sub-contractors whilst on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, safety-first mindset.
Important Requirements:
- DV Clearance is mandatory.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
- Must NOT be colour blind – driving within the sites requires full colour vision for safety and compliance.
- Proven experience in M&E engineering (electrical and mechanical systems).
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
