Job Overview
Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.
Vetting
It is vital that you have a full 5‑year checkable employment/education history; failure to meet this could result in offer withdrawal or employment termination.
Main Duties
- Deliver industry leading customer service
- Deterrence of violence and public order offences
- Conduct patrols of the store
- Utilise CCTV systems to support crime and stock loss reduction
- Liaise with store management teams
- Co‑operate with police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction in store
- Wear body‑worn CCTV to increase safety and reduce crime
