Job Title: Risk and Compliance Coordinator
Rate of Pay: £23,000 per annum
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: The Shard, Level 12, 32 London Bridge Street, Greater London, England SE1 9SG

Main duties / responsibilities - key tasks include:

• Mailbox management
• Compliance reporting
• Training coordination
• Risk Safe (Mitie's risk platform) management
• ISO support for 31000 and 22301
• Maintenance of trackers
• Physical security support activities
• Business resilience support activities

Person Specification

• High quality interpersonal skills, with excellent written and spoken communication skills both to individuals and groups
• Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative with the ability to make decisions
• Excellent administrative and coordination skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Attention to detail, a focus on standards, methodical and organised
• Proficient in MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Word and PowerPoint skills for formatting and producing reports
• Ability to work under pressure
